About Antonio
Antonio was kicked out of the house at age 11, in jail by the age of 14, and became homeless again his senior year in high school at 17. The odds were stacked against him, but he battled through, received his AA, bachelors degree, and a Superbowl Champion. When living in the ghetto, the realities of it takes over the youth and acts as a blindfold, restricting them from achieving their full potential. Antonio removed his blindfold and began to see that he could get himself out of his circumstance. Now through his struggles and success, he wants to help others remove their blindfold, and show youth that they can achieve more.
He has a story of survival, and the only way he could release his frustration was to play football. It was his escape from the horror he was living in. He made it to the Chicago Bears, then to the Seattle Seahawks and finally to the Green Bay Packers.
It is time to show young men that Dreams Do Come True if you want it bad enough, and never lose hope. Anything is possible regardless of where you begin. We are all more than conquerors and there’s nothing that can stop any of us from achieving our goals. No matter where you started in life or where you are now, I want to encourage you, through my story, not to stop. Don’t give up. Stay positive in a world of negativity. Let God lead you. Be strong. Be Courageous.
